In the event of a break in the Loss Assessor or Loss Adjuster will use a professional locksmith in order to ascertain the possible methods of entry that may be have been used.

This is where we come in, we will perform a complete survey of the site and present you with a report of how the site was broken into and what methods were used to gain entry.

If necessary we will attend court as part of the service (extra charges apply)

• Loss Assessors & Loss Adjusters are appointed to survey and report on a property after a break in.
• Complete survey of site with full report of possible entrance methods and photographs of site.
• The Loss Assessor is appointed by the insurance policyholder when they need to submit a substantial or complex claim.
• The Loss Adjuster is an independant claims specialist who investigates complex claims on behalf of the insurance company.
